Aija Žagarinia

One of the leading instructors, Aija Žagarina, is a member of the Latvian Florists Association, a participator in international contests and exhibitions, and a staff writer for the “Floristika“ magazine. After displaying her floral arrangements in the US Minneapolis Institute of Floristry in 1999, the US Association of Florists (The American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) and American Advertising Federation (AAF) granted her a Corresponding Guest status. Since 2000, Aija has taught in the School of Floristry in Minsk (Belarus), in Saint Petersburg, Kiev, and the Rita Garaisis (Latvia) School of Floristry, which is famous for its suburb floristic education.

Stanislav Zubov

In 1992, Stanislav Zubov became the leading instructor of the Moscow International Floristry School “Nikol.“ Following the lead of the founder of this school, famous Swiss florist Nikole von Boletsky, Stanislav became a professional floristry instructor. S.Zubov, the leading instructor of S.Kaminskas School of Floristry, is famous not only in Russia, but also in South Korea, where he was granted the status of Honored Guest. From 1997 to 1999, S.Zubov organized several shows in floristry schools in Seoul. Thanks to the instructor‘s persistence and outstanding ability to pass his expertise to the students, our School of Floristry has made a good name for itself both in Lithuania and abroad.

Sigutis Kaminskas

Internationally recognized floral design professional, Sigitas Kaminskas, is the founder and director of the School of Floristry, and has 18 years of experience in the floristry field. During that period, Sigitas has opened two floral shops in Klaipėda, where he successfully combines his floristry expertise and floral business. S.Kaminskas is not only a participant of national and international contests, but also the organizer of similar events. For a number of years now, Sigutas has been invited to participate and represent Lithuania in Land Art festivals that take place in various European countries, such as Switzerland, Italy, and Spain. In 2003, S.Kaminskas participated in a show organized by the Minneapolis Institute of Floristry where he demonstrated the achievements of European floristry schools to a North American audience, and was granted the significant award of US Florists Association for a distinguished service to the floral industry.
